Only took 17 bullets from a mar and i survived 40 bullets from Kevins mk18. The vest is balanced.

There are a few downsides to this particular scenario. Number one being damn near free gold for rebels and a close second being the negotiator going to fed to try and negotiate for hostage safe release while the timers going and every other cop has to sit at HQ since they have no choice but to respond to the fed. Fun for the rebels cause they get free gold fun for the negotiator cause they RP it, not fun for every other cop who has to wait for the inevitable NEGOTIATIONS HAVE FAILED PIT EVERYTHING signal.
