      APD trainings consist of jamming a crayon up your nostrils until it reaches ur brain.

      I can’t say 100% how trainings are nowadays. But back when I was an FTO(2019) you did not want to exceed over 30 minutes for a training. You would wanna make it quick so they ain’t sitting there for so long bored out of their mind.

      I’ve seen some trainings since I’ve come back take about an hour. If I’m a new person to cop I don’t wanna sit there listening to a dude talk for over 30 minutes.
