Means that I’ve done 117k meth for nothing actting like this was always something coming out and you've known about it. You did that meth to make money and because you wanted to, not for the license. This was never a thing, so this argument is completely irrelevent. This starts everyone at the same playing field and is something new to grind towards. If you don't want to grind for it, don't, its that simple. This is a new line of progression for people that has been asked for a lot. After it is implemented, if the stats are too high it will be lowered. That is how I have always implemented something. I'm not just going to RT something and then forget about it. This is the same as the ghillie skin, new titles, ect... If all previous stats were counted, there would be no grind for it and people would get these (in my opinion) VERY good perks for free. It is a little baffling that people complain that there is nothing to grind for now in the server, nothing to work towards, not really any progression, but once it is added, people complain that they have to do what they asked for. I am also always looking at feedback, so if enough people want it changed, I will start that discussion.
