Out of all seriousness though, you don't need to have the handbook on the forums open to cheat, if you took the test and failed (from your first post it seems like you may have) and verbatim wrote the answers of those questions down for the next test that is equally cheating... if you made a cheat sheet for the deputy test, that is cheating... i like to give some the benefit of the doubt when its warranted, but given your sentence structure and apparent general tenuous grasp of the English language, there is NO way you could memorize section, subsections and all the verbatim rules...

Actually, there are a few launch options you can try using as well that could help (albeit marginally) ... I'm at work now and teaching tonight, so if your on TS around 11:30ish EST DM me and ill send them over... at a minimum your should run '-NoPause' (no quote) as it will help keep arma from crashing when you tab out / back in.... others i have enable hyper threading, allocates max ram/vram, cores, kills the startup vid and other bs to launch faster, etc... may only get you a few fps, but worth a shot..

I read through like 4 posts and decided my brain can only take so much hurt. Soo... I have a few questions: 1. Do you have the windows 10 install media? 2. Do you mind reinstalling everything or are you going to be copying over? 3. Do you have any weird errors or BSoD with your current installation? 4. When was the last time your did a clean install? This point is actually a very good one, never fill any drive over 80% or you'll have serious performance hits, not just storage problems. Depends on your budget and if you have hardware that supports native m.2... i runs 2x m.2 in raid1 on my motherboard, which has a hardware raid controller...its screaming fast...like copy 5 gig file in 5 seconds fast... but if your a casual user on a budget, SSD will give you a huge performance boost for little cost... If the computers primary purpose is for gaming, i would install your primary games on the SSD as map loading etc. will happen much faster...

THIS Arma is one of those weird games that if you have a shit CPU, raising some settings will actually improve frames... there is no 'magic formula' you kinda just need to play around until you get better stable frames...also if your going to upgrade soon, you may as well try OC your CPU, theres plenty software out there that'll help with the testing...

i mean, it only takes 1 time to realize its not going to work.. i think the real fix is make it so tempest cant mine oil..
