Is it possible for the support tab to have something that shows you where your ticket is at. Like for example showing that your player report is the next ticket to be looked at out of 100
What @Pledge said. Its really a crap shoot with it. Usually the older tickets get looked at first, but if someone is rushing, they're going to grab and do the quick tickets just to get some out of the queue. There's usually 50 (on a rare and good day) - 300 open tickets at any given moment.
