So I've recently been having this "problem" with my PC lately. Ever since I re-downloaded windows on my PC for various reasons I've noticed that my Physical Memory (RAM) usage has been a little bit high, almost at 3gb usage just at my desktop with nothing open, and a little bit higher CPU usage aswell. Including higher GPU Temp's. I'm very knowledgeable about computers and how they work, but this isn't in my area of expertise. If anybody has feedback I would love to hear it. Thx

What do you mean by re-downloaded then? Do you mean you just downloaded an iso file or did you reinstall windows?
And please send a screenshot of the CPU tab of the resource monitor sorted so I can see which process is taking up the most CPU.

You said Ram usage, The Gayzo I see is for CPU usage. Also don't have Chrome open either when getting screen shots.
