Everybody hated it last year just as much and it was still added back this year...

Basically under Rexos leadership they've removed all seniors who aren't part of their friend group so now sAPD is just a bunch of yes men. There is no accountability for any of them and they can quite literally do whatever they want and nothing will happen to them as they have eachothers backs. It's also impossible to progress in the faction unless you are part of this friend group and suck off the seniors all day. Juniors in this friend group get warnings after warnings after warnings but others are instantly removed or demoted.
