@ David Miller Good work with the clarifications. The new engagement/RDM rule can be quite problematic though as there is history of staff selectively enforcing and interpreting rules depending on whether they like the person reported or not and when they get IA'd they get a slap on the wrist at best.
There should be less rules like that not more.
