3 rip, I played on this server long before you even discovered olympus. And no, I did played with you a few times. I don't know if your cheating or hacking your right about that. However when admins review contents of evidence against players, it's carefully reviewed, and a decision is made after that. Whether it's breaking rules, exploiting or otherwise, cheating comes in many forms. I don't doubt your a good player, I even mentioned your a decent kid. Your obviously made a impact on the community because you have fans, but you also have people that don't like you. It's hard to cry innocent though if your being punished for something you got caught doing, and being perm banned and consistently banned says alot about the person. Admins are not gonna make a topic, explaining why you were banned to our community because it's no one's business but yours. However I do play with a majority of players that i do respect, that have played on this server long before I have, that had told me you were banned for cheating spared the details when I asked where you were because I did play with you. So for as long as someone makes a topic or subject with your name on it, your going to get the brunt of both sides of the blade, good, and the bad.

I will never understand people who simply can't just play the games the way they were ment be to played. It's obvious you check the Olympus site from time to time when people mention you 3 rip. Aside of your cheating and hacking no matter what version of Arma you play you are somewhat a decent kid. Try to play legitimately, you learn to get better with experience, grow stronger, gain respect from veteran players who are well respected. In most cases, hacker tools used and bought by players, find that playing the game legitimately is too challenging, and are always going to be caught one way or the other eventually. It's just a matter of time. It's a back and forth cycle, hacker tools get updated, anti hacker tools get updated right after that. Bottom line is, play the game the way it is ment to be played. I'm tired of seeing posts about how your a God this and a god that. It's disgusting, respect the game by playing it right. You give respect, you get respect.

I know, I'm simply trying to rule out any other possible ways apd would ever consider a cartel raid on mere probable cause. Doesn't make sense other then the pursuit of said suspect coming back after an event such as jail or other. If there is no other probable cause then that, why implement a rule enabling a cartel raid? There's no other point. Because we already have a rule enabling apd to enter Cartel in pursuit of suspect entering whether the Apd force at the time is one unit or several.

@Bubbaloo has made my point in case in a sense, as I believe along side him the majority of Sgt and higher would only enter Cartel with proable cause. In reality if you think about it, there is no other probable cause to enter Cartel with the points I made earlier other then to chasing a suspect in that zone. That just means that instead of the initial Po/deputy one unit going in on pursuit. You have a Sgt + squad going in for pursuit. The only difference is the APD head count got bigger and it turned into a raid. The only other cause of entering Cartel in my mind would be, passing by Cartel as po+ (why you patrol around that far?), and seeing wanted suspect's capping it and report back to high ranking officials to tactically move in to engage.

I can only see a Cartel raid happening when in pursuit of a successful gung-ho happy band of rebels coming back after successfully breaking out a wanted criminal and or pillaged gold from fed. Cartel raids hardly ever happen and if you think about it, the one issuing the raid truly is pursuing the rebels as they retreat there tbh. It's not an everyday thing that happens. Its risky business entering Cartel apd vs civ. And if the rebels play it right, have the man power, guns, etc...Can be a real bad day for the Apd. And if they choose to spend a larger number of their resources to continue the raid wave after wave after wave. It will hurt said Sgt. + and units for a little bit, (money-wise). So it would be hard for that particular higher up to do anything else with the tools purchased. I can see this argument happen if Cartel raids was consistent and happens literally every single day however, but if you think about it, I guarantee 9 out of 10 times it was a pursuit of a team of rebels that successfully pulled off a heist. On another note, said rebels go to rebel Outpost anyways to anticipate an encounter with the APD, most cases. Not cartels, no point, there are no vehicle spawn points, no garages there. So the only other reason if it's not to pursue rebels is to catch rebels cappin it off guard, if this is the case then it would be a Sgt+ and team/raid/patrol. Because it would be perceived more as a patrol then anything else.

Odin, I was very excited with the updates you have implemented with the servers, it is always hard to see a member of a community leave that works hard to help improve the servers and make them fun to play.

There's always going to be frustrations when things do not normally work or certain situations do not go the way they were planned. Players who do not know whether it is Bohemia or otherwise will always be quick to blame someone. But through thick and thin the key players that bring this community together always come through. And to those key players (admins+higher ups) sometimes you need to be reminded how much we hard core players appreciate your work. Just know we all know this appreciate your work to maintain the community.
