The amount of players I know that log in once a month just to pay house tax on their prime real estate so no one can get it is sickening. I'm all in favor of implementing a system to discourage that kind of behavior, maybe a certain amount of playtime per week in 45 days or face the consequence of losing millions in house tax. Tammy for example has 1.4 bil and owns some of the best Kavala square real estate but only logged 4 times in the past two months with the longest session being 42 min just to pay house tax and log out. Its very fucked but I think finding an amicable solution would be the best for the current real estate situation on the server.
