    people definitely do it though, I would estimate a large percent of the supply for unique smoke vehicles on the auction house comes from vehicle yard (I’d be willing to bet money that atleast 60-75% of the orca smokes existing are from vehicle yard alone) Some people like to do it just to fight cops also which it’s good for because of it’s proximity to neo APD, that’s why neo bank used to be so fun too. I’ll be real tho, when you’ve been doing end game shit for the longest time ever the little stuff like vehicle yard isn’t really intended for players like such.

    vehicle yard is fun man why does everyone hate on the events that smaller groups are actually capable of doing???? same with the art gallery, people shit on that but it’s the only thing a solo is gonna be able to do event wise other than a pharma. banks used to be realistic with small groups of 3-4 people now with the average amount of cops online daily that shit is not possible.

    Also in the main menu of arma 3 check in the expansions tab and make sure none of the DLC is selected

    under program files x86 > steam > steamapps > common > arma 3 there might be some folders or files in arma 3 folder related to the dlc.
