This is probably a stretch question but how would i be able to speak with a head admin or someone who’s in charge of the admin side of the server to discuss potential duties within the server admin team? I would just like to ask a couple questions or so nothing to extensive!

My question really because i’ve always wondered since i’ve starting playing is that, is there to much decision making from the seniors that it gives none of the lower personnel any voice in making decisions. -

I agree with that sentiment but I am also on the hook for (and I am an old fart) of screaming " FUCK YOU BISH " every once in a while to people just to be trolly and escape reality. I don't blame our folks either for doing this as long as it is not harassments , racism etc.....

Absolutely I play this game to get away for a couple hours but man last night in teamspeak with two higher ups in the chat with lower dudes and myself these dudes were kinda pissing me off with how they talk to everyone. Like I could imagine that’s how you talk to people in person!
