    When and apd officer tries telling you they can rule quote on civ (off duty).
    APD Master HandBook:
    3.Rule quoting while on duty as a cop or off duty may be met with disciplinary actions. If a situation arises where you feel that you were wronged, you may try informing the person in a constructive manner. If a report is submitted, it will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

      @rdyer216 is been something they haven't allowed because deputies are gullible and troll-able.
      If you ever have and issue turn in an I.A. report and ask for comp.
