    I'm pretty sure there had to have been a situation. If that wasn't the case then it was up to the highest ranking officer to re-deploy.

    @Poseidon already posted that they are fixed. Go play and find out! . Again. It's not that we don't want to do it. The fact that the devs don't want to give an ETA is actually favorable for the community because if we do give one and it is not met people will bitch and moan more. On that note. They are fixed.

    I think the major complaints are of VIGI's who don't follow the rules. Although people dislike VIGI's regardless but it is mostly because of how little knowledge they have of our rule-set.
