    Taxi Lic.

At the taxi npc you can buy new vehicles. All the vehicles sold by the taxi npc have taxi skin. You can get a taxi hatchback, suv, or helicopter there. You cannot change the skin of existing vehicles to taxi skin.

    Taxi Lic.

With a taxi license you are able to buy taxi-skinned vehicles and you receive notifications with markers on the map showing you who requested a taxi and where they are. Do not expect to make much money as a taxi though. Also be sure to read the rules regarding your rights and also your responsibilities and restrictions as a taxi.
  7. I feel like i should know him but I dont
  8. Who are you?
  9. lol fair enough, but I've enjoyed the conversation
  10. I said im not an expert. doesnt mean that I dont have any background knowledge in psychology; ive taken four courses on it
  11. Homosexuality was also classified as a mental disorder and schizophrenia was once classified as possession. Science changes as we learn more. Just because something was done in the past is a terrible reason for it to continue.
  12. I won't discuss the issue of transgender as a mental illness, I dont have the expertise for that and neither do you, but allowing them to enter the military does not mean glorifying transgenderism. That's like saying people with phobias, which are mental disorders, shouldn't be allowed to enter the military. They can't control it. You might as well say veterans with PTSD shouldnt march in parades because they have a mental illness. If you allow white people into the military are you glorifying white people? No, you're not glorifying anything, you're merely giving people the opportunity to serve their country in a way they see fit.
  13. It was a war. War and occupation are not mutually exclusive. And yes, chaos followed, but you can't continue to occupy a country forever. What would you suggest he should have done? Also why do you bring up transgenders in the military? First of all it has nothing to do with this discussion, second of all why shouldn't they be allowed to serve their country like any other citizen?
  14. Continuing the war would increase anti-americanism and would not help the country get back on the right track. If you want to bring peace and stability to a region you dont do it with soldiers, you do it with peacekeepers and humanitarian aid
  15. It would have been hard to do anything at that point. I can't think of anything Obama could have done that would have dramatically improved the situation.
  16. Well the alternative was not to invade in the first place, but once the damage is done, it would have possibly been a good idea to have sort of a new marshall plan which would rebuild the country and improve or repair its relations with the united states, thereby decreasing the amount of anti-western extremists.
  17. The war had nothing to do with ISIS as dick hurtz seems to imply, but instead, as Barrack said, the war was based on Bush's accusations that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction and that Iraq was somehow tied to the 9/11 attacks, both of which were not supported by evidence, and so many countries refused to participate in the war. The war overthrew a secular leader who kept his country stable albeit oppressed, and replaced him with a religious fanatic. As the arab spring has demonstrated in almost all countries in which it occurred, a secular dictator is better than a religious fanatic who divides the country, especially in the case of Islamic countries which tend to contain Shiites and Sunnis, which often conflict with one another. In short the war in Iraq was a war crime and it resulted in instability in the country, and the united states government should stop trying to overthrow secular leaders, including Assad.
  18. But the point is that the benefits do not outweigh the cost in this case. The wall would be incredibly expensive and would have to cross bodies of water.
  19. My bad, i misspoke. I meant illegal immigration.
  20. I think cFeor's point is that building a wall will not stop illegal immigration. And considering the massive cost of the wall, not just its construction but its maintenance, it does not make sense to build it considering the fact that it will not be very effective and it will not save the government money. Also some of the drugs that get into the country also get in in other ways, like via air travel. And finally, if marijauana was legalized, regulated, and taxed, the power of cartels and gangs would drop, and so would crime. Trump would be spending the money more wisely had he put it towards mental health care for drug addicts, and education regarding the issue. Also keep in mind that such a wall would have to cut through rivers and forests. It would disrupt the wildlife
  21. To say that you could care less means that you care; if you could not care less that means you do not care at all. It's a common mistake. On a side note, to add what you said about obama Tman, there are plenty of Obama's policies which I disagree with, and unfortunately these days if you say you disagree with some of the Democratic party's policies you get labelled a trump supporter, and if you criticise Netanyahu you get called an anti-semite, and if you criticise clinton you get called sexist. Political correctness is fine by me, but one should not go to the extreme and overreact when someone says something accidentally in the heat of the moment or expresses a view which may be controversial
  22. Casinos would be interesting. What ever happened to them? Weren't there plans to add one?
  23. Regarding what TheCmdrRex said, it'd be cool if for the news team there would also be a newspaper, run by the news team, for which anyone could submit an article and the news team would pick the good ones and put them together to make the newspaper. Maybe the authors could get some money in return? Like 50k per article, if it is chosen to be in the paper?
