the trick is usually to shoot the guy you're trying to kill rather than next to him, i often find that fixes the issue. hope it helps!

I for sure put many bullets into him. Not sure if you guys saw but at the end of the video, the cop dies 3 seconds later. Plus I shot ground many times due to FPS drops, could barley move my mouse.

After I put 3-4 shots into him. I stopped shooting thinking he should of died. Then FPS made it hard to turn my mousee at a good speed. Reason why I shot the ground. 95% FPS issue and 5% potato
