Not to be mean or rude or anything and I don't know everyone's situation in their personal lives but to me Jesse sounds like a huge baby. The other staff here have endured much more stuff then we can all imagine but the second something bad happens Jesse decides to call it quits and leave. Like I said, I could be all wrong and Jesse could have stuff going on in his personal life, and if he does I respect that.
