I might not agree with how Cosmo operates all the time but APD is not a popularity contest and Cosmo is playing within  the rules and should not be removed because people don't like him

I was just walking talking to the cops then he engages me and knows my name miraculously(does this to EVERYONE) then at 8:35 while he is still processing my he decides to engage @DashToxic that was just walking in the PD with a 60K bounty. Like I said it comes to a point that it gets excessive and ridiculous

Just wanted to say that partner @Patrol Officer Cosma was extremely helpful and showed me a lot on my first couple days as a deputy. While he can be annoying to some I don't think he deserves all the hate he's getting.
