Gang Shed For Sale

Gang is considering moving servers or just moving sheds on our current server, but I'd hate to see this shed go back to market as we have held it for awhile and I'd rather keep it then just get the sell back money. We are in no rush to sell but the right offer could take it off our hands. 

Shed is useful as a shed for an easy safe run. I have made 10's of millions off of it and been robbed less then 10 times. (Had the shed for 10 months so that is about once a month) Shed is about 460 Meters from the plat pro. Shed is around 1.6 k from plat mine. 

Also useful for a cartel gang as it servers as a gang spawn point/garage that is only 1.7k from Kav Rebel. 

Could also be used for Cocaine if you want to get creative.

I didn't know it was for sale for one. Secondly this one is just about the same as the "actual" one, only difference being the number I have in mind isn't ridiculous so somebody could get a solid shed at a fair price.

You can backpack process out of the other one. And paying even $1 for your shed would be worse than buying the one already for sale.

I disagree. I was unsure if anyone would be interested but thought it was worth a try. Say they are asking 20 mil for their shed, I'd quite possibly consider taking 10 mil that's 50% off for only 460 meters worth of extra distance. If a new gang is starting up on a budget but dosent want to settle for some completly garbage shed this is a viable option for them, as it is very difficult to get decent sheds.

All depends on what they are asking for the other shed. I didn't even know it was for sale if you could get the price for me I'd be interested.

Bro they would have to pay you 10 million and then another 20 million to Olympus. You can't transfer gangsheds just like that you have to sell them first

I do really like how this guy is so engulfed in this argument that he took the time to go to a realtor in hopes of finding a shed just so he can fuck with me. But again what server 

Last I knew the one next to mine was still owned by VX, who held onto it well after that went dead. I haven't checked to see if it had been sold as I gave up on it months ago
