Huh why would you sell your house before atleast having a house that you plan on buying much less that you have a closing on

better to sell your house and live with relatives or hotel until you find a new one then having to pay 2 mortgages.

Meh, been there done that, went homeless for a good couple weeks, stayed in a hotel, not the worst thing ever aslong as you have somewhere to stay. Best of luck.
