How to reply to ban appels

How do i reply to ban appeals Admin - ikiled responded to my appeal and it says awaiting response someone please help me out

I didn’t think you knew how to find tickets. I thought you just went through BM and hit unban every 5th person on the list or some shit

No he looks for the appeals that have been denied and chooses those bans to lift

Unless they are Plumbers, then he lifts them regardless of the outcome
