I would recommend a type/MXM and a carrier lite 

the mxm put a 100 round mag into it

It honestly depends on how much money you have

The loadout I usually buy is:

Type 115 or Mk1

Carrier Lite vest, and whatever uniform i feel like

10 FAKs, NV goggles, Rangefinders

Y-inv: 10 water, 10 tactical bacon, 15-20 redgull, 10 lockpicks, 5 zipties, 1 epi-pen, and 2 blood bags

Type 115 is probably the best 'cheap' gun out there

Same, but I'll sometimes use the car 95 instead for the amount of ammo so I can just hold left click if needed and if you only buy 4-5 drums it doesn't cost too much

Also depends on what you are doing. If you are doing legal runs, you might as well get yourself a Workers Protection Kit aka Carrier Lite and Pilot Helmet, and then a SPAR if u want low damage / good accuracy or a Katiba for higher damage / higher recoil. Always carry a buncha mags, and always carry medkits and redgull.
