2. Rank Requirements:
   2.4. Search & Rescue – 5,000 7,000 minutes of playtime, Merit-based promotion
          2.4.1. Must be APC (Adv. Paramedic Cert.) flight certified.
          2.4.2.  Must demonstrate Professionalism, Leadership, and Dedication.
          2.4.3. Must have 30 days time and grade.
