Chapter XXI - April Fools[edit]

1. Kavala Redzone
   1. APD Officers must utilize lethal force when inside the Kavala Redzone (Deputies may utilize SDARS)
   2. No wave rule is required for responding to the Kavala Redzone.
   3. Code 3 is not required inside the Kavala Redzone.
   4. APD Officers may only fire upon civilians that have fired upon them first within the Kavala Redzone.
      1. Exception: R&R and Silla, (-s-) tagged or not may be shot on site due to be being deemed domestic terrorist groups.
   5. All APD vehicles must be driven backwards inside the Kavala Redzone.

Can confirm.  Sillas kidney harvesting operations are terrorist actions.  They lined us up and gave us numbers like cattle.
