Admin Winters 1947 Posted August 20, 2022 Admin Report Share Posted August 20, 2022 Chapter VI - Dealing with Vehicles APD Officers may commandeer civilian vehicles (if the vehicle is non-illegal) to transport a suspect straight back to an APD HQ, if the owner of the vehicle is in APD custody, and there are no APD vehicles available to utilize as transport.
