On soft-log, doesn't require a restart. The effect should be immediate provided that your payment method is approved.

When there are donation matches going on (which are announced by @ Ryan when they are ongoing). Other than that, no need to make a donation support ticket unless youre experiencing issues with receiving the perks outlined for that donation tier.
