April 1st R&R PSA

It's that time of year again medics for April 1st the R&R Handbook will be superseded meaning medic do not need to follow the R&R Handbook for the day.  This year, you guys will have access to a rebel shop located at the hospitals for your convenience. The server rules will still be in effect, so medics caught by the APD can be sent to jail and if conditions are right your vehicles can be seized.  This goes live after the update that happens tonight.
