So we call the cops to get help, weve been fully cooperative, we have nothing illegal in the trucks and we say we are willing to pay our tickets.
Instead of making us pay for our tickets theyve impounded 2.5M worth of LEGAL radioactive for absolutely NO reason.. 

The more craziest thing about that is that < Layla > (their superior) allowed < Gamer Transgender239 > guy to impound it. That just shows the mentality of the server and how
the community is being administrate like complete dog shit because we could not even IA that because he broke no rule.

Doing that just to make players mad, dont wonder why a lot of people stop playing. Everything is in favor of APD, they never lose anything. They didnt win anything
by impounding it the only reason they do that is to piss off other players

If I were you I would definitely still submit the IA. Although it appears their handbook allows this, I can't imagine they would wanna set the precedent that cops are able to do this. If you submit one they may still take action and may even be willing to reword their own handbook. If not then I am sure a civilian representative could bring it to roundtable as that really shouldn't be a standard for civilian and cop interactions, especially if you guys are paying your tickets.

I've been trying to audit the impound rules recently, and the most insane thing to me was that they could literally just detain you randomly when your not wanted, impound your vehicle mid legal run, then unrestrain you and leave. There is nothing that prevents that scenario.

You can not detain someone unless you have a valid reason to do so, probable cause is in the handbook. Again this is another example of you pulling gray area rule that’s not wrote and dragging it out as if it’s something major. I can assure you 99% of cops don’t impound vehicles just because. Majority of cops don’t find an excuse to ruin players runs, especially legal runs, at that point that are being unprofessional, at that point submit a report. The APD is not on the server to hender anyone’s fun gameplay for no reason.

There is always bad apples anywhere you go, that doesn’t mean you need to “audit” or witch hunt and mass report as it’s put bluntly those who have a gap of knowledge or make a mistake. If you find the bad apples, then report them, otherwise witch hunting the APD and making them miserable because you breathe down there necks over any minor inconvenience not plain stated in the rules is not okay. how so? as long as you don't restrain or detain them it seems fine to me. I landed a m900 at mushroom pro once trying to audit the apd, they told me to leave redzone, not get back in my m900, then they impounded it leaving me 2 km away from nearest garage even though I was in sight of the m900 outside of redzone, i wasn't detained, and it wasn't blocking a path or roadway. what officer in there right mind would impound a random m900 from someone who isn't wanted, and who you forced to leave the area of the m900?

again, bad apple, they shouldn’t have impounded it and left you there, knowing you probably left out some stuff but that besides the point. you entering a redzone is a charge, you entered an illegal area, but the cop should have handled it differently.
