    Can you unban the people who where spending the money? Or is it all our fault. becaus I'm quite certain that had the hacker not hit the server the people who abused the money would not be banned. if theres a roll back we should be unbanned for spending it.

      Meh, I rarely take comp.  If you blatantly broke a rule and I want to submit then not much you can do to prevent it.  Now if we were allowing PayPal comps I might see things differently
