Ability for Corporal+ to grant parole rather than ticketing/jailing civilians.
The time the civilian is on parole would be the same length of time that they would have spent in prison.
Would work the same as parole currently does.
Corporals would have the discretion to grant parole the same as pardoning. Obviously, common sense would apply, the same as pardoning.
Eg. a civilian with an escaping jail charge wouldn’t be able to be paroled, the same way as they wouldn’t be able to be pardoned.
The civilian would pay 50% of their bounty to be placed on parole (would be split between close APD Officers as per usual).

Getting revives in between revives give a bonus to the medic mission. Max 50% increase. *numbers subject to change*

Increase Y inventory with the firefighting loadout to match a bergen.
When putting on the firefighting gear, most medics inventory space is deleted, and they are over carrying and can't move.

Changes to Pocket Parachute:

Reason for denial: Concerns about balance / cheesy gameplay and how it would benefit APD

Reason for denial: Senior staff does not think this would impact anything and therefor did not wish to implement it.
APD Scout changes (federal events)
Require scouts to stay within the rings during federal events
Only applies when the bomb is planted / not blown / if not following the situation out
Reason for denial: Staff should not be banning in cases where intent is clearly shown and it does not take THAT much effort to ;apd and engage them.
APD:
Drug Raid Event
Abandoned properties spawn with a drug crate inside of them (crack houses).
Civilians have to interact with the crate to begin a 10 minute timer to unseal the crate.
APD Officers can interact with the crate prior to civilians which also starts a 10 minute timer to seize the crate.
Once seizing has started the APD Officer that initiated the seize has to be killed to stop the seize.
If civilians interact with the crate prior to APD and the APD manage to make it to the crate the APD can interact with the crate initiating a 5 minute timer to seize.
The Drug Raid Event can be called clear after a minimum of 2 minutes and be seized by the APD.
Once the Drug Raid Event has started to be seized APD does not have to stop seizing if the area is no longer clear.
The event is a redzone.
APD Officers do not have to respond in waves (the reason they are placed a reasonable distance from a HQ).
The same as Federal Events/Pharma/Etc. APD Officers cannot be robbed at the event.
The event randomly spawns (40+ players online with a minimum of 3 APD Officers online).
Civilian reward $3 mil.
APD Reward $1.5 mil if seized.
Reason for denial: Already have a new event being worked on and there is not a need for more events at this current time.
Add short barrel shotgun to Corporal+.
Reason for denial: Long barrel already present and shotguns are already atrocious in the lag department + allows APD to have another gun that civs cannot rob and utilize as a taser
Increase titan rocket price from $150k to $250k.
Reason for denial:
Rework Armed Plane titan alerts to show more than 1 incoming rocket.
