If a civilian gives an officer consent to do something (searching, ticketing, lethaling, etc.) the officer is allowed to do so. You can add 1 extra charge at most. This can only affect the civilian who grants consent Does this mean that if they say " You can add an aiding in black water charge on me" then we can add it on them?
