I'm gonna be honest, I'm not to familiar with hyper goat to have opinions on what he should be, but I will say I'd personally trust @ JoeL  and @ Abraham  more than @ Treebeard  to be captain. Don't get me wrong, I love treebeard, I'm happy he's captain, but I don't truly trust him. Joel and Abraham are people I believe to be morally unimpeachable (peachable?). Treebeard, I fear is to willing to use his powers for his own personal gain. Something I don't even mind that much, I would like for treebeard to personally gain, but I just want people to know that.

Also @ Wong  is high risk, loose cannon, and doesn't care about law and order much, and he still owes me 10 mil and I still technichally own him as that order from the chief of police has not been oficially rescinded (thanks @ Rexo ). So overall, the amount of evil intentions would be the same if either wong or treebeard were captain, but I think wong would lead to some more interesting results, where as treebeard might be more passive sneaky evil, wong is gonna be more blatent and hilariously evil.

@ JoeL  should honestly be promoted I'd say he is one of the most willing to be nice to civs and helpful to other APD officers, he is honestly one of the good people on olympus.

@ Oleg  Isn't truly one of the "good people", I should mention that no one who I've mentioned so far is a "good person" except for joel and perhaps abraham, but Oleg is one of the most helpful people. He literally goes out of his way to the junior APD a ton, answer questions and all that. He's very chill to be around, and when he swears it is with great hilarity. He honestly puts a lot of work in.

@ RichardDixe  Is honestly he's a snake, in one of the most reverse insidious ways. Where as the snake in the garden of eden told eve to eat the apple, richard dixe would watch eve eat the apple, and then complain to higher ups about "Hey!! pseudonym is slinging a quad on a helicopter to check redzones as a PO". It's one of the most lame, unprincipled things possible. If you think there is an issue with it, just dispute it, if you are generally curious whether it's allowed, hypotheticalize it. If you want to know my reasoning, ask me, which I explained it perfectly and it's perfectly legal and perfectly fine to do according to the APD handbook.

Richard Dixe is kind of a decent FTO, He does help peach anda teach them, he does like what he's supposed to do, but he is not trust worthy. Oleg I feel like I could tell him about like what happened with me and my cousin and he'd help me out of that situation. Richard Dixe is gonna instantly drop that hot goss to senior APD and try to get you ripped. Where as they both could try to train you, Richard dixe would throw you to the wolves (that is, wongs fursona), but oleg will have your back.
