If you want to vigi or rob them get someone at the bottom of ladder to verbally engage your gang or shoot a text to engage both of you, and go to one of the places stated above and taze them while the guy at the ladder goes for the restrain. also a few houses in rdm alley have some good spots to snipe someone down up there. get a grenade engage and toss it up there or use a flash bang to get yourself up there if your working alone.

how much ram? in-game video settings? did you set the parameters in arma? this game pretty much runs like crap even if you have a good rig, I dont dip that low but I still get mild dips 60-80 avg dips to 34ish.
