Be as active as possible during the day. Won’t have a problem sleeping if you have no energy.

If you're 18+ I'd highly recommend 100% natural CBD products as a relaxation aid before bed. Comes in all forms... really helps reduce anxiety as well. Great for all types of folk. CBD gives you no intoxication effects either so no brain fog etc. so you can still function at capacity while reaping its benefits.
