you do understand a "chop shop" is where you illegally chop vehicles for parts, seeing as its an illegal operation i doubt the business owner will only accept said vehicle with proper keys.

Yeah but I would assume gameplay wise kinda shitty to have you're locked high security vehicle chopped instantly when they don't even have keys or it unlocked

You don't need keys for an engine.

The whole point of high security is to make lockpicking a lower chance of going off and that alarm to warn you that its happening.

If they somehow got your vehicle to chop good on them cause you couldn't stop them even with all that. 

I landed my orca on top of the gangshed and somehow they chopped it. So sad
