For the skeptics: Rules are not set in stone, if something seems bad or fucks over civs too much, it can always change or the sAPD can police it internally. I believe the intention of all of this was to keep it nice and balanced. Rest easy

Due to some recent and historical events, and people complaining. Do note our policy has ALWAYS been that scamming is a completely legal thing to do and is allowed. Don't blindly trust people, work with a middleman both parties trust, always be on edge, etc.

Chapter 13: Red Zone / Illegal Zone / Rebel Outposts

1. Red zones are KOS, no RP is required by Civilians. Gas Stations are never redzones. The Gang Base is not a redzone (Except during Gang Base Skirmish EVENT). (Exception: Killing a player in restraints inside of a red zone is still considered Fail RP).
