In the old boards it was restricted to certain donators. If the settings carried over then that would be why.

It also has to do with the fact that with a place as busy as Kavala square, running around yelling "hands up or die" without specifying the target's name leads to people having no idea that they were engaged on.

People aren't happy with the current map, it will most likely be changed but not to the old map. Let's give this new map a chance and see how it goes. Seeing as how this map is being made with more community input and thought it should be pretty good. I have faith.

Mainly due to balancing and the fact that in the big picture swat just wouldn't work out too well. For instance the majority of the situations APD encounter would call for a swat team rather than regular police. This just wouldn't be practical during game play. With Senior APD able to pull armoured/armed vehicles and use heavy infantry weaponry, tied in with experience they are essentially "members of a swat team." There's a chance that the Community Team will be discontinued until further notice. That's why I'm hoping that the community has enough interest in the team sticking around that we'll hopefully be able to get things back up and running. With the recent spike in our servers, there's enough going on that we could get the team to be bigger and better than ever before. Olympus staff would also need to be on board.

Client side = Your computer Server side = Olympus Server

More objects are being added, how the server handles different processes is being overhauled. Also objects are going to be client side rather than server side as they currently are. This should (hopefully) reduce de-sync. You'll be able to turn down the amount of added objects to reduce frame rate issues if they appear.

The reason why some of your videos have been removed is most likely due to the real world terrorist group being tied into them. If your videos were exclusive to arma 3 gameplay then they most likely wouldn't be removed. We've got a fair number of players in the community that have served in the military, some of which have gone up against extremist groups that are similar if not the same group(s) depicted in your videos. Yes we're apart of a gaming community and you've stated that you make the videos for fun and to entertain others, but to some this may bring in some harmful memories that are not necessarily desired. To be entirely honest I don't take offense from your videos but I can see how some might, after all there are specifics listed in the server rules... Do not use names that are associated with extremist groups ?Do not post things that will be hateful, racial, derogatory, sexual, ect on the forums
