Come to think of it, civilian mohawks might be able to toss ropes as well. I honestly can't remember. :/

The ability to toss ropes is only available on APD hummingbirds and ghost hawks.

I don't believe that the hatchback sport will become available to all members of the Olympus community anytime soon, let alone at any point in time in the future. There is however the non-sport hatchback variant that is available to all players on the Olympus servers. From what I have seen, the non-sport variant is similar to the off-road when comparing speed. Yet the non-sport hatchback is slightly faster.

If you're looking to save your money for a great gpu, I would recommend going for either the Nvidia GTX 970 or the Nvidia GTX 980. Both are great cards with similar performance that would definitely suit your needs when playing games and streaming at the same time. The 980 is $200 more expensive than the 970, but is 15%-20% better performance wise. It's up to you if an extra $200 is worth the 15%-20% performance boost.

Once you go in depth with the differences between rebel and cop like Ace has, it's easy to see that both roles are balanced and have their own strengths and weaknesses.
