I've experienced shotguns being really shitty too. The real question is: is there anything that can be done about it by? Can the developers actually do anything to fix this? I really doubt it. Most likely, we're just stuck with a shotgun that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

Go to gas stations to pick up juul pods for 500 dollars a pack. Drive down the road to the "middle school" and sell each pack for 1000 dollars. The middle school is a KOS obviously. I'll propose this in our next civ council meeting.

So, I've been told that exploding a gangshed/house is allowed without restrictions, allowed under certain circumstances, or not allowed at all. I really don't know what to believe at this point. Can someone educate me please? I'm interested in rules surrounding other people exploding my shed. I'm also interested about when I'm allowed to blow up my shed. When @Super_Nova comes to Noble's shed for his daily raid, am I allowed to suicide vest it? Obviously if anyone is near it, I have to initiate on them. But what if they're all clear of the blast radius?

All items here are still for sale. I'm getting a little antsy, willing to let these houses go for a decent amount lower than the asking price.

Hey, I think that 25m house is in a pretty nice location and all, but I really doubt anybody is going to pay that much for it. You might want to come off the price a little bit. Someone could go buy a gang shed outside of Kavala and almost have basically infinite storage for that price. Just some advice.
