There's a brilliant trait to have of being UNBIASED. When a person is being considered for a position in the server that requires them to handle disciplinary actions, their character is heavily judged. Any good staff member, or sr faction member etc etc. should be more than capable of looking at any situation completely impartially. Ask the countless number of my friends that I've had to discipline in different positions

I almost never play in a private channel, unless it's for a specific reason. As smitherz mentioned, this will mainly occur when people are either afk/playing another game and will hop on to HELP YOU GUYS not get your ass handed to you without the needed help of seniors. Personally, I'm in exams so I cannot justify logging on and patrolling for hours on end - yet I still log on to help the juniors fight events and show them a good time on the faction.

As a member of Junior APD, I remember learning the rules and procedures that come with it mostly by myself and finding it quite daunting with the volume of text in the APD handbook. At the time of me being a junior I found that the seniors were quite unapproachable with questions or explanations.
Now that I am in the position to do so I would like it to be reinforced that I, along with the other seniors are available for absolutely anything APD related through either discord, teamspeak or the forums.
