This is just so blatantly untrue along with this whole thread calling Parker a cheater. If you think someone on the server is indeed cheating/spinning it down the block/scripting whatever you wanna call it just submit a report, Jay despises cheating on the server and he will look into it as he's done hundreds of times before. I will admit when I was newer to the server/community I thought some people in those same gangs were cheating as well, then I took time to talk to them and watch their gameplay, it in fact turned out to be a skill issue.

The amount of players I know that log in once a month just to pay house tax on their prime real estate so no one can get it is sickening. I'm all in favor of implementing a system to discourage that kind of behavior, maybe a certain amount of playtime per week in 45 days or face the consequence of losing millions in house tax. Tammy for example has 1.4 bil and owns some of the best Kavala square real estate but only logged 4 times in the past two months with the longest session being 42 min just to pay house tax and log out. Its very fucked but I think finding an amicable solution would be the best for the current real estate situation on the server.

I've had you in cuffs a lot and you are full non-verbal the whole time. When I'm processing someone I wait after I announce/ask something and usually people will try to roleplay it out or make up a semi-convincing story as to why they had x item on them. As other cops have said if you are just telling us to kill ourselves and griefing us trying to conduct "light RP" (Which we are required to btw) I'm just gonna speed run you through the process, seize all your shit and give you a full ticket. Literally all of the quotes in your post are forms of light RP that are encouraged when interacting with civs. We throw the ball to the civs, if they catch it and make the interaction really funny or RP it out really well they usually get let go/reduced ticket 99% of the time. APD has enough rules as it is, I think the issue you are presenting falls more on the civs that rob APD at every opportunity/Be absolute cancer patients when they get in cuffs and become D1 disputers.
