So in the next update i /read their would be vehicle insurance. What would happen if a vehicle would be seized? Would the insurance cover that or would it just be gone

LOL No if a vehicle is seized it should not be recoverable with insurance.  If its seized then its at the owners fault and they should forfeit the vehicle and its contents.

Once everything is final we will release the details. Seizures most likely though would not be covered under the insurance though but again it is not yet set in stone.

You won't be able to insure an illegal vehicle, insurance is 1 time use then buy again, and it'll be around 50% of the vehicles cost. Since seizing using similar code that chop shop does it is currently covered by insurance.

It seems to me that an insurance company would compensate a policy holder for a totaled or stolen vehicle, but not for a vehicle seized by police because it was used in a crime.
