Would have to check logs but I know that about 2 months ago you were still the only one with thermals, so unless somebody has gotten them to drop recently, these are one of a kind.

 

I tested them once by admin spawning them in to see how powerful they were. They are godly, especially for spotting trucks from a heli from even 12km away.

Yes they would. I think it's a bit nuts that thermal NVG's have found their way into the economy because of being spawned in.... so I hope that you never encounter such an opportunity.

I did and the admin refused to drop them :/

I can't speak to the context of whatever situation you are referring too, but I can generally say that unless Admins are conducting some sort of test, they are not above the rules.
