Give DeadPool Civ Rep again

He's only not running because google messed up, but the majority of us want him as Civ Rep again. Thoughts to let him run last minute?

As we told him. No. We have no actual proof he even attempted a submission. If we allow this then down the road we have to allow others based just on word, etc.

Had others had a similar issue sure we would have extended the period, etc. However was only him. We want to maintain fairness and enforce the deadlines. Plus voting is already going.

I understand that but I'm in the civ rep room. We had 12 people in here and 7 of them said they wanted DeadPool as civ rep. Doesn't that change the scenario?

Does it make his app all of a sudden become submitted? If not, then not in the slightest does it change anything. I'm sure I could get 12 people saying they want me too.
