I have only done frogs once with the new building and it is very difficult to defend urself if ur the one doing the run. inside the building there are like 2 windows in every room that people on the ground outside can look through and just spray you down.

There is no where to hide without being seen. There's two doors you have to watch and people can see you in the window also people can jump in the window.  It's just a bad one

As someone who does frog often the only real way to defend is post people at the broken house and one at the rocks to keep watch. As soon as people come in get out of that paper processor and get to a position. 

Often times when we rob people at frog all we do it lay pipe into the building until we wall bang everyone. Pretty shit to defend.
