How long for applications to get a reply

So I haven’t played Arma in like 4 months. I decided to start playing again and wanted to become medic again so I put in an application, but it has yet to get a reply. Whenever I used to put in application they usually got a reply with in at least 24 hours. It’s been almost 2 days and was just curious if they changed the way they reply to applications.
