So the addition of cartels is simple: The one who controls, gets money on top of money to gang funds.

 

If I hold the cartel for a few days then my gang should be on top of the top 20 wealthiest gangs... with this in mind I will let

you work out which two clans are the powerful ones.

 

Hint: One is for server One and other is for server Two

Spoiler for I don't get the answer as I'm different...:
The Burrito Bandits aka. BurBan control server #1; most of the time Cartels are theirs and attempt to take them with end up in Burrito's arriving.

Moob and Co control server #2,  touch the cartel to get swarmed with 3 Orca's full of 7 guys each within first 5 minutes of capturing. Yeah... so lets not go there.

 

Just a funny thing I've noticed.

Makes sense that BurBan is #1 and MC is #2. After All, we all know they fled server 3 back in the day, because they couldn't handle that heat! :D!

It's how they make money though. They both capture AND hold the cartels, holding cartels mean the usually they have helis also they're most likely geared and they got a lot of members to stay on to hold the cartels. Numbers(People to always be on) = Money = Gear = Power

your if they have a helicopter they have gear statement is incorrect sir I was being chased by a burbank orca and when they got out they had 2 ghillies and 1 fresh spawn and the had pdws and a tgr
