Nuking My Own Gangshed

So, I've been told that exploding a gangshed/house is allowed without restrictions, allowed under certain circumstances, or not allowed at all. I really don't know what to believe at this point. Can someone educate me please?

I'm interested in rules surrounding other people exploding my shed. I'm also interested about when I'm allowed to blow up my shed.

When @Super_Nova comes to Noble's shed for his daily raid, am I allowed to suicide vest it? Obviously if anyone is near it, I have to initiate on them. But what if they're all clear of the blast radius?

I'm pretty sure blowing up your shed is a no-no since it can't be searched after its blown up.

You can blow up people’s shed as long as it is not in attempt to stop it from being searche and raided but if you are blowing up a shed to gain access to a vehicle inside or kill the people inside that is allowed
