This is a petition to remove the fences we all know and love. They don't render in until you hit them and they make your car go hella slow. Also remove rain (this is a joke in case youre retarded)

I don't know if it's possible for the developers to remove all the "chicken wire" fences you're most likely referring to.  I +1 rain being removed if it's possible, kinda kills frames for no good reason.
