Squad is a PURE milsim.

Arma 3 is also a Milsim its more "loose" in the "pure" scene as it offers much more as far as modding and other game modes.

I play Arma 3 pretty much. I treat it as a sort of toy soldier simulator where I make scenarios in the editor, sometimes they are complicated but they are often just simple take the position from the enemies.
